APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

Turn your idea into a manufacturable structure.

01

Material selection

Review fibers, prepreg and laminate against application requirements.

02

Layup design

Review thickness, ply count, fiber orientation and forming processes.

03

Prototyping

Support mold design and fabrication, prototyping, testing and evaluation, with external laboratories when needed.

04

Production support

Review material specifications, forming conditions and production processes to support your transition to production.

Direct production of customer products is currently outside the service scope. Development services are paid and quoted according to the agreed scope.

CONFIDENTIALITY & COLLABORATION

Agree on information protection and collaboration scope first

Initial discussions can begin with non-confidential application and requirement information. Before sharing private drawings, designs or material specifications, an MOU and NDA can be discussed as needed.

MOU · Collaboration scope

Define development objectives, responsibilities, review and fabrication scope, and the information to be shared.

NDA · Confidentiality terms

Agree on confidential information, permitted use, access, restrictions on third-party disclosure, and storage, return or disposal. Confidentiality provisions within an MOU can also be discussed.

Publication and rights

Agree separately on website or promotional use of results and photographs, and on rights and use of existing technology and development results.

Share only necessary information in stages and review it within the agreed purpose and scope to reduce disclosure risks. Specific safeguards are agreed for each project.

REQUEST
